It is never bundled with purchasing, using, or receiving any service, and submitting our form, purchasing a website, or visiting thesitesmith.co does not opt you into SMS messages. If you choose to opt in, messages may include website project updates, appointment reminders, website previews, revision updates, delivery updates, onboarding follow-ups, billing-related reminders, and customer support. Message frequency is low volume, typically 2 to 3 messages per project. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or request help by replying HELP.

SMS consent and mobile phone numbers are used only for communication related to The Sitesmith services. We do not share, sell, rent, trade, or transfer SMS consent information or mobile phone numbers to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We use the information we collect to deliver and manage your website project, communicate updates and revisions, process payments through Stripe, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We use trusted third-party services to operate our business including Stripe for payment processing, Twilio for SMS communications, Vercel for website hosting, and GitHub for code management. These services have their own privacy policies and handle your data according to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
